Maternity care

Osteopathy is a safe and effective treatment throughout your pregnancy.

In fact, I would not have coped with either of my 2 pregnancies without the support of my Osteopath.

As your body adapts to the rapid changes of pregnancy you may find that you suffer from more aches, pains and discomfort. Whilst these are considered normal aspects of pregnancy, it is not necessary to “just put up with it”.

Postnatal Family Check

Postnatal Family Check: Childbirth is a stressful process for all parties involved. So why not treat the whole family to an Osteopathic check and reset.

I also offer a Postnatal Family Check for those not needing treatment throughout the pregnancy, but would benefit from a reset after the stress of childbirth.

Childbirth is a stressful process for all parties involved.

So why not treat the whole family to an Osteopathy check and reset and start this new chapter of your lives on the right foot.

There are 2 booking options:

V1: both parents are new patients to the clinic

V2: one patient is a returning patient, one patient is a new patient.

Baby is assessed and treated for FREE.

Not sure when to come and see me?

Please don’t stress about coming to see me as soon as baby is born.Adjustment to family life can take some time, so please make an appointment when you feel comfortable leaving the house.

Similarly, please do not stress about the baby not behaving. I’ve allocated 90 minutes for these sessions.

Plenty of time for each of you to be assessed and treated.

If baby needs a feed or a change during this time, don’t worry, you do what you need to do and I’ll work around you.

Remember, I am here for you and not the other way round!
